User Journey
1. Enquiry / consultation
Complete your induction and start of learning
2. Onboarding
At week 6 we'll check you're on track
3. Programme introduction
Every six weeks you'll spend time with your coach
4. Face to face sessions
At weeks 24, 36, 48 and 60 (based on a 72-week programme)
5. EPA preparation
At weeks 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72
6. Gateway
At weeks 30 and 54 (senior level programmes)
7. End point assessment
Ahead of your final end point assessment
8. Achievement / progression

Leaners with benefit from regular one-to-one coaching sessions and will have access to a specialist trainer as part of their learning.
All apprentices will also have the benefit from membership to the Association of Apprentices - the UK's largest peer community of apprentices

Initial advice and guidance introduction
Discussions around Apprenticeships and the requirements of the standard. Dedicated representative from Linden for the employer to liaise with throughout the onboarding and contracting process.

Contract for services issued
Contract for services issued online for review and electronic signature.

Additional documents required
Employer asked to complete a Health & Safety Vetting form for the Apprentice place of work and a copy of the Liability Insurance to be submitted.

Approval of leaners to enrol
Agreeing learners to enrol and approval on the Digital Apprenticeship Service.

Enrolment
Linden provide a fully online enrolment process and all documents are sent via Docusign for completion and signing by learners and employers. The relevant information is then entered onto DAS for employer approval.
