Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Apprenticeship 

 
The Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Standard develops employees who are responsible for handling goods, managing stock and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Warehouse Worker 
Warehouse Operator 
Freight Distribution Operative 
Warehouse Picker 
 
This programme focuses on the practical skills required to operate effectively in a warehouse or distribution environment. Learners develop competence in goods receipt and dispatch, stock control, order picking, safe equipment use and maintaining high health and safety standards. 
 
 
Apprentices gain experience in operating warehouse systems, handling materials safely and supporting the smooth flow of goods across the supply chain. Learning is applied directly within your operational setting, ensuring measurable improvement in accuracy, efficiency and compliance. 
 
We tailor the programme to your organisation’s systems, processes and equipment. Each learner is supported by a dedicated Trainer who provides structured guidance throughout the programme and prepares them for End-Point Assessment, always aiming for a Distinction outcome. 
 
Delivery is flexible through a remote or hybrid model, combining live workshops, virtual learning and workplace visits to suit employer needs.
