The Level 3 Improvement Technician Apprenticeship is suited to employees responsible for supporting or delivering improvement activity across your organisation.

Business Improvement Coordinator

Operational Excellence / Lean Engineer 
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

This programme focuses on practical application. Learners work on real workplace projects aligned to your operational priorities. They develop capability in lean tools, process mapping, data analysis, root cause investigation and structured problem-solving, all applied directly within your business. 
 
By the end of the programme, your employee won’t just understand improvement methodologies. They will have delivered a structured project with measurable impact.
