This programme focuses on practical application. Learners work on real workplace projects aligned to your operational priorities. They develop capability in lean tools, process mapping, data analysis, root cause investigation and structured problem-solving, all applied directly within your business.
By the end of the programme, your employee won’t just understand improvement methodologies. They will have delivered a structured project with measurable impact.
We tailor delivery to your organisation and assign a dedicated Trainer who supports the learner throughout, guiding project selection, evidence development and preparation for End-Point Assessment — always aiming for a Distinction outcome.
Our blended model combines live workshops, virtual learning and face-to-face visits, ensuring flexibility while maintaining accountability and momentum.
