Learners develop a strong operational foundation alongside the analytical and decision-making skills needed to drive real business impact.
They build confidence in managing the flow of goods, interpreting supply chain data, supporting procurement processes and maintaining the quality and compliance standards your business depends on.
Throughout the programme, apprentices apply their learning directly within your workplace, translating development into measurable improvements in accuracy, efficiency and operational performance.
We tailor delivery to your organisation's supply chain processes and business objectives. Each learner is supported by a dedicated Trainer who provides structured guidance, mentoring and End-Point Assessment preparation, always working towards a Distinction outcome.
Our blended learning model combines live workshops, virtual learning and face-to-face support, delivered remotely or on a hybrid basis to suit the demands of your operation.
Why Linden is the Right Partner for Your Business
Building capable supply chain professionals requires more than delivering content. It requires structure, rigour and a genuine understanding of how supply chains operate in the real world.
Since 2012, Linden has supported over 10,000 learners to achieve their apprenticeship qualifications.
We work closely with employers to ensure every programme aligns with your operational priorities, team structure and long-term business goals.
Training That Builds Real Capability
The Standard develops competency across:
End-to-end supply chain processes within fast-moving consumer goods environments
Supply chain KPIs and data-led decision making
Capacity planning and demand forecasting
Procurement, inventory management and order management tools
Logistics and transport coordination
Continuous improvement techniques
Stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
Health, safety and regulatory compliance
Sustainability principles and responsible resource management
Alongside technical knowledge and practical skills, apprentices develop the professional behaviours your business needs: adaptability, attention to detail, collaborative working and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The result is supply chain practitioners who contribute from day one, support operational performance and grow into the backbone of a more resilient supply chain function.
End-Point Assessment
The End-Point Assessment (EPA) is the final stage of the apprenticeship and confirms the learner's ability to perform effectively within a real supply chain environment.
The EPA consists of three elements:
Multiple choice test — 25%
Work-based project with presentation — 50%
Professional discussion and interview — 25%
Each component is scored at Distinction, Merit, Pass or Fail, assessing the learner's application of knowledge, skills and behaviours in practice.
Our Trainers provide structured EPA preparation throughout the programme, ensuring every learner is confident, evidenced and ready to perform at their best.
