Transport & Warehouse Supervisor Apprenticeship 

The Level 3 Transport & Warehouse Supervisor apprenticeship develops employees responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

This programme focuses on developing leadership capability alongside operational knowledge. Learners build the skills required to manage teams, improve processes and ensure high standards across warehouse operations. 
Apprentices gain practical experience in: 
 
Managing goods in, storage and dispatch operations 
 
Stock control and warehouse systems 
 
Supervising loading procedures and transport compliance 
 
Health and safety implementation and risk assessments 
 
Leading teams, setting objectives and managing performance 
 
Customer service, communication and operational efficiency

End-Point Assessment 

The End-Point Assessment (EPA) is the final stage of the apprenticeship and consists of three elements: 
Multiple-choice test 
Project report with presentation 
Professional interview 
 
Each component is equally weighted and assesses the learner’s ability to apply knowledge, skills and behaviours within a real operational context.
