Coaching Professional Apprenticeship
The Level 5 Coaching Professional Standard is designed for individuals who coach or mentor within the workplace, particularly in complex or senior environments.
This apprenticeship is suited to those supporting leaders, managers and professionals to improve performance, develop capability and navigate change.
Learners develop advanced coaching practice grounded in theory, reflective learning and ethical standards. They strengthen their ability to build trust, ask effective questions, provide constructive feedback and support individuals to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Throughout the programme, apprentices apply coaching practice in real workplace contexts, ensuring development translates into tangible impact across your organisation.
We tailor delivery to your organisational goals and assign a dedicated Trainer to guide the learner through structured development, portfolio building and End-Point Assessment preparation, always aiming for a Distinction outcome.
Our blended learning model combines live workshops, virtual learning and face-to-face support to ensure flexibility and consistency throughout the programme.

Completion of the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship supports professional recognition with leading coaching bodies, including:
European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) – Accredited Coaching Practitioner
Association for Coaching – Accredited Coach

This provides recognised external credibility alongside the apprenticeship qualification.
