This month, we’re proud to celebrate Linden’s 30th anniversary—a milestone that marks three decades of growth, evolution, and unwavering commitment to helping people and businesses thrive.
It all began back in 1995, when Geoff Burn, our founding director, launched Linden as a specialist management consultancy. Back then, the focus was on quality management, health & safety, environmental systems, and information security. Geoff’s vision was clear: provide expert, practical support that genuinely helps organisations improve.

As demand grew and relationships deepened, so did Linden’s offering. What started as consultancy soon expanded into apprenticeship provision, and we’ve never looked back. Today, Linden is a national apprenticeship provider, trusted by employers across sectors—from logistics and manufacturing to leadership, learning & development, and beyond.

What’s Changed—and What Hasn’t

Over the years, we’ve adapted to new industries, new technologies, and new ways of working. But some things haven’t changed:
Our learner-first approach
Our belief in tailored, flexible training
• Our commitment to building long-term partnerships
We’re proud to work with organisations of all sizes—from household names to local businesses—designing programmes that fit their goals, culture, and operational needs.

A Message from Our Managing Director, Ryan Bell

_ “I joined Linden at 19, and I’ve grown up with the company. Apprenticeships and training have always been my passion, and I’ve seen first-hand how transformative they can be—for individuals, teams, and entire organisations.
As we celebrate 30 years, I want to thank our learners, employers, and the incredible Linden team. Your trust, collaboration, and commitment have shaped who we are today.
We’re proud of our journey, and even more excited about what’s ahead. Here’s to continuing to grow, evolve, and make a real difference—together.” _
— Ryan Bell, Managing Director
Looking Ahead
As we mark this milestone, we’re not just reflecting—we’re planning. We’re investing in new programmes, expanding our reach, and continuing to refine how we support learners and employers.
To everyone who’s been part of our story: thank you. And to those we’ve yet to meet, we look forward to working with you.
