We’re delighted to celebrate the fantastic progress of our Team Leader apprentices at Leyland SDM, who have now completed their final workshop and are preparing for the final stages of their programme.
Over the past year, this group has demonstrated consistent commitment to developing their leadership capability and confidence. Through a blend of structured learning, workplace application and ongoing support, they’ve strengthened key skills including:
Coaching and communication
Problem‑solving and decision‑making
Planning and prioritisation
Continuous improvement in everyday tasks
With their workshops now complete, the apprentices are turning their focus to Gateway and End‑Point Assessment, where they’ll have the opportunity to showcase the knowledge, skills and behaviours they’ve developed throughout the programme.
One apprentice shared their experience:
“I’m really happy with the learning and support I’ve received. The course has helped me understand problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement in a much clearer and practical way. This has boosted my confidence and equipped me better to handle work challenges.
The sessions have been easy to follow, relevant to my daily responsibilities and genuinely useful for my development. I appreciate the guidance, structure and how everything ties back to real workplace situations.
Thank you for the ongoing support throughout my apprenticeship. I’m looking forward to continuing my learning journey with Linden.”
This feedback reflects the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm the whole group has shown from day one. Their willingness to learn, challenge themselves and support one another has made this a truly rewarding programme.
We’re incredibly proud of all they’ve achieved so far and look forward to supporting them as they take the final steps towards completing their apprenticeship.
