Linden secures Matrix Standard accreditation – with outstanding feedback!
This week, Linden Management successfully completed its 2026 Matrix Standard accreditation review, and we are proud to share that we met the Standard in full, with the assessment highlighting several areas of strength across our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) provision.
🏆 What is the Matrix Standard?
The Matrix Standard is the national quality benchmark for organisations that deliver Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). It is delivered on behalf of the Department for Education and is widely recognised across the skills, employability and education sectors.
Accreditation demonstrates that an organisation:
Provides high‑quality, learner‑centred IAG
Operates with strong leadership, robust processes and continuous improvement
Supports individuals to make informed decisions about skills, careers and development
To achieve accreditation, providers undergo a detailed assessment including staff interviews, learner interviews, employer feedback, and a review of systems, processes and evidence.

Key Positive Outcomes from the 2026 Assessment

Outstanding employer relationships
-The assessor praised Linden’s strong, positive and long‑standing partnerships with employers, noting the quality of communication, responsiveness and collaborative approach. Employers described Linden as engaged, supportive and “above and beyond” in its commitment.

“The best training I have ever had.”

This has directly contributed to improved learner experiences and outcomes.
