Our average review score for 2024/2025 in the Apprenticeship service.
This apprenticeship has supported me a great deal in my current role. It's helped to fill in the gaps in my knowledge and given me a much stronger foundation to work from. I now have a clearer understanding of why we do things a certain way and the legislation behind it. This has not only increased my confidence but has also helped me to grow professionally, as I've learned so much throughout the process.

Recent Employer feedback:

One standout example of Linden’s impact was their support in addressing a skills gap within our operational teams. By working closely with us to identify learner needs and deliver targeted interventions, they helped improve pass rates and retention, ultimately supporting progression and reducing time-to-competence for new starters. We have worked with Linden to tailor the delivery of Sales Executive, Business Administration and Team Leading to the needs of our Company.

Apprenticeships have had a transformative effect on our business. We’ve seen clear benefits in terms of upskilling, increased engagement, and a stronger learning culture. Apprentices are not only gaining technical skills but also developing leadership potential, which supports succession planning and long-term workforce sustainability. The value we’ve gained from our partnership with Linden is significant. Their expertise and flexibility have delivered strong return on investment, both in terms of learner outcomes and broader business impact. The maths support in particular has helped remove barriers to achievement, enabling more apprentices to succeed and progress.
