We’re pleased to share the outcome of our recent Ofsted monitoring visit, which took place in August 2025. The inspection focused on the progress we’ve made since our last full inspection, and we’re proud to say the report highlights significant improvements across key areas of our apprenticeship provision.
What the Inspectors Noticed
The report recognises the rapid and meaningful progress we’ve made in:
• Curriculum design: Our programmes follow a clear, logical sequence that builds knowledge and skills progressively over time.
• Training quality: Apprentices are receiving more structured, challenging, and relevant training—both on and off the job.
• Feedback and support: Trainers are giving constructive, confidence-building feedback that helps learners grow.
• Quality improvement: Our internal processes are sharper, more consistent, and focused on what really matters—learner success.
Inspectors noted that apprentices are now better prepared for their end-point assessments, with many achieving distinction grades. They also praised our trainers for connecting theory to practice and adapting support to meet individual needs.
A Real Team Effort
The progress we’ve made reflects the real effort, care, and collaboration across the board—from our trainers and support teams to our employer partners and learners. It’s been a genuine team effort, and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved together.
Looking Ahead
We’re focused on building a provision that continues to grow with our learners and partners—one that’s thoughtful, responsive, and built to last. This visit gave us a valuable opportunity to reflect on how far we’ve come, and it reaffirmed our commitment to maintaining that momentum, always with quality and impact at the centre.

Thanks again to everyone who’s been part of this journey. We’re proud of the progress—and even more excited about what’s next.
