Our remote delivery and support techniques have been enhanced and adapted to include multi-channel experiences on the platforms preferred and utilised by your learners.

How we support your remote learning experience.

Our Apprenticeship remote delivery model has been developed to ensure the safety of your learners and our team are not compromised, without affecting the learner experiences.

All of our trainers are now delivering remote training and support, from group Teams sessions to one-to-one phone calls; your learners’ experience is tailored to their needs. Personalised expectations are set at the beginning of the learning journey between the trainer and the learner, to ensure that there is absolute transparency about what is required and how any difficulties will be supported should they arise.

We understand that many learners may be experiencing changes to their working patterns and there is no normal routine right now, so our trainers are not only offering flexibility in their support but are also encouraging learners to check for distractions, so their progress and success is not disrupted.

Our positive approach to delivering your remote Apprenticeship training, tried and tested feedback systems and flexibility to learners working patterns and platforms all contribute to the successful completion of our training courses. Even the End Point Assessment which is the final assessment to ensure that your employees can do the job that they have been training for is also completed remotely through a combination of witness testimonies, online exams and testing.
